Time for Vivian Kirkfield’s annual #50preciouswords contest! The rules seem simple…

1. Write a story for children age 12 or younger.
2. It must have a beginning, middle, and end.
3. You can only use 50 words or less!

But it is a lot harder than ya think! Here is my entry this year:

This short story is inspired by my family’s apple orchard! After a long winter, I’m looking forward to seeing the apple blossoms and watching the apples grow! My daughters love to go apple picking with their grandma!
